“He lets his game do the talking.”  Words from my father, when I was barely ten years old, in love with the game of basketball, when we were talking about some of our favorite players.  Simple words, but profound in practice.

Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, I was met with my fair share of experiences and people along the way – which, if you’re paying attention, can ingrain a uniquely well-rounded perspective in handling any sorts of issues faced over time.  Through it all, one of the main guideposts that I have always tried best to subscribe to is “letting my game do the talking” – i.e., actions over words.  Let the results speak for themselves.

In establishing this firm, I’ve sought to create a culture that genuinely operates on this mantra.  Don’t talk about it – be about it.  Be there for your clients – make decisions and recommendations based upon what you would do in their shoes, over anything else.  Be there for your people – because anybody part of Lazzaro Law should genuinely feel eager to contribute to others’ successes without feeling overburdened.  And last but not least – be there for yourself.  Because being the best version of you is symbiotic with helping others reach their goals in the most effective way possible – in law and, by operation, in life.

And we believe this kind of mindset – putting people first, through actions, not words – leads to true success for all.
